Returns Policy

 

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

  1. you can notify us by email or by calling 876 545 0439 before we have dispatched the goods to you; goods may be returned for either manufactured defect or without any manufacturer defect, conditions apply see below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full store credit or exchange provided the goods are returned in original packaging and all manuals and accessories are present.

3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund in the form of store credit of the amount paid or an exchange as required.

To return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or contact us at 876 545 0439 for more details.

All product replacements are subject to product availability. If we don't have an exact replacement upon testing we will substitute the product(s) with a similar, suitable, or upgraded product(s) of equal or greater value within 7 to 10 business days with you, the customer, bearing the cost difference. If none of these options are available we will credit your account based upon the original cost of the product.

Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2 will not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage including burns, dents, scratches broken parts, bent CPU pins, misuse, insect infestation, spilled liquids, damage caused from incorrect installation and improper handling, abuse, accident, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair or installation.
  • Any product with a broken warranty seal or any signs of attempted repair
  • There is no return on CDs, DVDs, printer inks, computer memory, software that have been opened and any form of under garments
  • A product that was customized specifically for you

Return of non defective products to csajamaica.com attracts a restocking fee of 25% and must be in unopened original packaging.

Product descriptions and compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not considered to be a defective product.

Our Return Policy is subject to change without notice so please review our Return Policy before making a purchase.

 

Returning a product

 

To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number :

1. Log into your csajamaica.com Account .

  1. On the My Account homepage, click My Orders to view your orders.
  2. In the row of the order that contains the merchandise you want to return, click details.
  3. In the order details, mark the check box of the item you want to return.

 

 

  1. In the Quantity box, type how many of the item you want to return.
  2. In the Merchandise return box, type the reason for the RMA.
  3. Click Make a RMA slip.

You will be contacted by a member of the csajamaica.com team with further instructions.

Csajamaica.com reserves the right to modify these Returns Policies from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Returns Policies become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of csajamaica.com after any changes to our Returns Policies will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
